Player Guide
Everything you need to know to use TheGuildHub as a guild member.
1 · Verify Your Character
Verification links your Tibia character to your account so the system can enforce rank-based permissions and track your reservations correctly.
Go to Verify Character
Enter your character name
Copy the verification code
Paste it into your character comment on Tibia.com
Click Verify
Expected result
Your character appears with a ✓ Verified badge in Profile → My Characters. You can now reserve Respawns.
Common mistakes
Case mismatch — the name must match Tibia.com exactly, including capital letters.
Not saving the Comment field on Tibia.com before clicking Verify.
Code expired — codes last 48 hours. Generate a new one if needed.
2 · Reserve a Respawn
Respawns use a first-come, first-served queue system. When a Respawn is available, you can reserve it directly. When occupied, join the queue.
Go to Respawns
Click Reserve
Your reservation is active
Expected result
The Respawn card turns blue and shows your character name. Your Dashboard displays 'Active Reservation' with a countdown timer.
Common mistakes
Trying to reserve when you already have an active reservation — cancel it first.
Trying to reserve a Rank Restricted Respawn without the required rank.
Reserving during an active Fixed Claim window — the Respawn is locked until the window ends.
3 · Join a Queue
When a Respawn is occupied, join the queue. The system tracks your position and notifies you when it is your turn.
Find an occupied Respawn
Click Join Queue
Wait for your turn
Accept the Claim within 10 minutes
Expected result
You see your queue position (#1, #2, …) on the Respawn card. The Dashboard shows 'In Queue' status.
Common mistakes
Missing the 10-minute claim window — enable Discord DMs so you never miss your turn.
Trying to join a queue when you already have an active reservation.
The 10-Minute Claim Window
When you reach the front of the queue, you have exactly 10 minutes to accept the Respawn. This prevents idle players from blocking the queue.
- The player ahead in the queue finishes their reservation.
- The system promotes you from the queue to Claim Pending status.
- You receive a notification: ⚡ It's your turn!
- You have 10 minutes to click Claim Now on the Respawn card or use /claimaccept in Discord.
- If you do not accept within 10 minutes, you are removed from the queue and the next player is promoted.
Expected result
The Respawn card shows '⚡ Your Turn!' and a 10-minute countdown. You receive an in-app notification, sound alert, and Discord DM (if connected).
Common mistakes
Not having Discord connected — if you're away from the screen, you'll miss the DM alert.
Assuming the window resets — it does not. After 10 minutes you move to the back of the queue.
Set Up Notifications
TheGuildHub sends notifications through multiple channels. Set them up to never miss your queue turn.
Notifications appear in the bell icon in the top navbar.
If you have linked your Discord, the bot sends you DMs when it is your turn or a reservation expires.
Guild-wide events (announcements, Fixed Claim releases) are posted to the configured Discord channel.
Browser notification sounds play when you reach the front of the queue. Disable in Profile → Preferences.
Expected result
When it is your turn, you receive: an in-app alert in the bell icon, a sound notification in the browser, and a Discord DM if connected.
Common mistakes
Discord DMs blocked — check Discord Privacy Settings → Allow direct messages from server members.
Browser notifications blocked — allow them in browser settings for this site.
